OK, so back in January this year, I joined Instagram for like a week… and then I worked out that a few people with rather direct connections to Mr Ex et. al. had found me on Insta… and I panicked… and I pulled the plug. This blog does freak the bejeebers out of me sometimes. It’s heart and soul honest-to-goodness. And that is confronting sometimes. I so often want to sanitise it or delete certain bits that might not paint me in the best light. I so often want to trim the edges or place a nice little filter over the top.
But every time I attempt to do that, I just can’t go through with it. Because, I know that this blog has to remain 100% authentic to me and my story.
My goal was to own my story, so own my story I will. #freakout #scary #ineedguts
And in that spirit, I’m back on Instagram!
